Booking & Cancellation Policy
We value your time, our time & the service that we provide. We must strictly enforce our Booking & Cancellation Policy to protect our business against the costs incurred by no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Our policy also helps maximise the number of time slots we have available.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request at least 2 business days’ notice so that we can offer that time slot to somebody else. By providing that notice, your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. If you don’t provide us with at least 2 business days’ notice or you fail to turn up to your booking, your payment will be forfeited.
We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or Public Holidays as enough notice, as we will not have enough time to rebook the time allocated to you.
SMALL CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND A $100 DEPOSIT FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES IS THEREFORE REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL BOOKINGS.
